Delivery

Bahrain

3 – 5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery fee 2.500 BHD.

GCC

Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates: 7 – 14 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery fee 5.500 BHD.

Any customs duties or import taxes on GCC orders are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You may return your items within 15 days of purchase, provided that:

  • the item is unworn, unused and in its original condition; and
  • it is returned with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

What we cannot accept

  • Worn or used socks, for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalised products and gift cards, unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 15 days and we will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider.
